Material :



500 grams of fatty and skinned pork (the stomach is usually)

1/2 pack of char siu powder

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Pepper

Salt

Sugar

1/2 teaspoon of powder

2 tablespoons of cooked vinegar



How to make :

Mix all the spices above, then set aside
Slice the pork skin about 7 millimeters, then coat it with spices
Wrap it in a plastic bag. The pork skin slices that have been marinated with spices are then stored in a refrigerator overnight
After being in the refrigerator for one night, take it and put it in the oven until cooked and occasionally rubbed with the marinade.
Tauco Sauce Ingredients:



3 tablespoons of oil to saute

1/2 tablespoons of grated garlic

1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger

100 grams of tauco

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon of cornstarch which has been dissolved in water until thick



How to make Tauco Sauce:



Heat the oil then saute the garlic and ginger
Pour salt, sugar and tauco stir until evenly distributed
Add the vinegar and then thicken it with a maize solution
Stir well until it is evenly distributed
Lift then chill
Serve:



Prepare a place in the form of a plate or bowl, then mix the prepared meat like the above method with Tauco Sauce.
